General liability questions
How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?
For existing clients, usually the same business day. If you need special endorsements like additional insured wording, tell us what the contract requires and we handle it with the carrier.
What limits do I need?
The most common request is $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate — that is what most contracts and landlords require. Higher limits are available when a contract calls for them.
Is GL the same as a BOP?
GL is one coverage; a BOP is a package that includes GL plus property and business income. If you rent space or own equipment, a BOP is often the better value — we can quote both.
